The company has five asphalt plants strategically located in Wilmington, Dover, Gumboro and Georgetown, Del., as well as in Delmar, Md., and two sand-and-gravel production facilities located in Dover and Little Creek, Del. Additionally, Tilcon has stone yards in Wilmington, Dover and Felton, Del., and in Delmar, Md. The Felton and Delmar facilities are served by rail.
