  1. How can my company do business with Pioneer Materials?

  2. How much material will it take to do my project?
    To determine the amount of material needed for your project, please use our aggregate calculator or concrete calculator or have the dimensions available when contacting the Pioneer Materials dispatch department. Our dispatchers can be reached at 302-698-5550, 302-656-9999 or toll free at 866-888-1600.

  3. How far in advance must I place my order?
    To give our customers the very best service, we encourage customers to place their orders 24 hours in advance (during Peak Season, April 1-November 30, 48-hour notice is recommended). First-round will call orders are considered anything before 9:00 a.m.

    How do I track the status of a payment?

  4. How do I find out the status of my order?
    For an order status, contact Dispatch at 302-698-5550, 302-656-999, or toll free at 866-888-1600.  You may also sign-up for the e-commerce where you can track orders on-line.

  5. Can I get aggregate sized to my exact specifications?
    Pioneer Materials produces all products to government specifications.  For requirements outside of these specifications, please contact your sales representative.

  6. Can I get a custom-mixed concrete?
    We will be more than happy to work with you on custom mixes.  Our quality control and sales representatives are highly skilled to get you the best mix for your job.
